Damage to the International Community of the Crime of Forced Displacement
Abstract
This study addressed the damages of the crime of forced displacement on the international community. This study reached several results, the most prominent of which is that the crime of forced displacement falls within the scope of crimes against humanity, and the effects of this crime remain on the international community. The researcher recommended the necessity of finding binding international mechanisms through effective international community institutions such as the International Criminal Court in order to combat this type of crime.
