Vocational Training for Employees and its Impact on Raising Work Productivity in Diyala Education Directorate Units
Abstract
The interest in studying training in most countries of the world has led to the development of the training mission, and this phenomenon is worthy of attention in the Republic of Iraq, but it has not been adequately studied. However, we have noticed recently that the Directorate of the Preparation and Training is heading with unprecedented activity in keeping pace with development, especially in the field of training, which in itself is an attempt to draw the researchers' attention to study and research in the topic of researchers and its relationship to technology and the use of modern methods. The research provides the necessary data and information for decision-makers in the Diyala Education Directorate to treat the most important weaknesses and improve the strengths in the future. Therefore, it must be specified the reasons that lead to the development of training in general, and the researcher sought to develop a formula to confront the problems facing the trainer and the trainees. In the first chapter, the researcher touched on the problems facing the higher management and those in charge of training and whether the training outputs been used in general. After that, the researcher set the primary goal of doing the current study. The researcher noticed through his dealings with the employees of Diyala education that the training received by the employees was not utilized from his outputs in a comprehensive manner, where the researcher inserted Western and Arab studies so that those in the training process could benefit from them in the application of the training process and ways to benefit from it. In the second chapter, the researcher put the theoretical side to find out the benefits of training and training elements in a brief way. Chapter three included the research methodology and its field procedures by noting the existence of problems hindering the training process and identifying rapid treatment methods to treat the main obstacles. The researcher relied on organizing a questionnaire to measure and codify the obstacles to know its validity and stability. The questionnaire, in its final form, was distributed into three areas (trainers and trainees) of teachers, and employees, and the use of statistical methods in the testing and analysis process, in order to know the weaknesses and improve the strengths, including 1- Descriptive Statistics Measures, Reliability. 2- Test (T), and the results showed that there are obstacles that negatively affect the training process. Many results have also emerged on the benefit of the training process in developing human resources with the available methods.
