Abstract

This research aims to measure the effectiveness of proposed therapeutic interventions based on the diagnostic evaluation strategy to compensate for educational losses and increase achievement among Arabic language learners Non-native speakers during pandemics (Corona pandemic as an example); To achieve the current research objectives, the researcher prepared the necessary research tools, and defined the research sample consisting of a group of learners in The Arabic Language Institute Non-native speakers at King Abdulaziz University at the average (third) level. The number of learners in this sample reached (66) students of different nationalities randomly distributed into two groups: the first experimental (32) students and they were taught using the proposed therapeutic interventions, and the second (34) students and they were taught using the usual teaching models used at the institute, and the researcher relied on the descriptive and semi-experimental approach in his research. The descriptive approach in the theoretical framework, and in Arab and foreign studies related to research, and semi-experimental in choosing the appropriate design for research to control its variables, And the results showed the effectiveness of the proposed therapeutic interventions.
