Abstract
The convergence of blockchain technology with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) represents a transformative paradigm shift in supply chain management, offering unprecedented capabilities in transparency, automation, and predictive analytics. The implementation of blockchain ensures data immutability and trust, while IoT devices provide continuous monitoring and data collection through sensors, GPS trackers, and smart containers. AI and machine learning algorithms process this data to predict disruptions, optimize routes, and automate inventory management. Organizations across pharmaceutical, food, automotive, and luxury goods sectors have demonstrated significant improvements in traceability, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency. The integration faces challenges in scalability, security, and standardization, yet solutions through hybrid architectures, robust encryption, and edge computing have shown promising results.
