Abstract
Real-time co-authoring technologies represent a transformative paradigm shift in medical documentation practices, offering solutions to longstanding challenges in healthcare knowledge creation and dissemination. This article examines how collaborative documentation platforms enhance efficiency by reducing administrative burden, accelerating publication timelines, and streamlining clinical workflows across diverse healthcare settings.
